How It Works

Before delving into a session with me, here's what you should understand about the process.
If you're struggling with persistent issues that traditional methods have failed to resolve, or if you recognize emotional roots in your difficulties, it's time to explore something different. That's where a therapeutic journey with me comes into play. 

Step 1: Initial assessment

Our two-way healing quest begins with an evaluation of your stress responses and vibrational frequencies, laying a strong foundation for understanding why you've been stuck, incapable of making progress or moving beyond your difficulties. 

People often get trapped at different emotional levels. For instance, someone stuck in the apathy frequency level may not recognize or care about their issues, and thus, will fail to seek appropriate solutions. Likewise, those gripped by fear can become constantly worried, meditating on the  worst-case scenarios. 

Operating from these lower emotional levels, individuals often find it challenging to change their attitudes or see any improvement without professional help, no matter how hard they may try. Moving beyond these nonproductive mental states requires releasing the restrictive energy trapped within them.

Step 2: Clearing resistance to healing

Are you struggling with an issue that, despite your best efforts, just doesn't seem to improve? If so, it's quite possible that your subconscious mind is creating barriers that prevent you from resolving the problem. This resistance to healing can often occur without you even realizing it. Your conscious efforts to heal could be inhibited by subconscious thoughts, beliefs, or fears that you may not even be aware of. These hidden impediments might be the reason why your progress seems to stall, even when you're doing your best to create positive changes.

Your subconscious mind could be holding onto fears related to confronting certain challenges. You might not even realize these fears, but they can form a significant obstacle in your path to healing and self-discovery. It's worth noting that your subconscious might perceive the problem in a different light, perhaps even viewing it as a safeguard. This could potentially originate from the primal instinct to protect oneself from threats, real or perceived. 

Beyond that, your subconscious dilemma could also be tied to secondary gains. In psychology, secondary gains refer to the benefits people might indirectly gain from their problems. For instance, these could manifest as increased power, attention, or additional time. Recognizing potential secondary gains is a critical part of a healing session, as it creates an avenue toward breaking free of unproductive patterns and initiating a healthier approach to dealing with internal and external factors. 

Step 3: The release process

The chosen healing approach depends largely on your subconscious, which carries invaluable information about trapped emotions and imbalances that have either caused or perpetuated your problem. 

Frequently, the underlying causes encompass a variety of energy imbalances. While physical issues often contain traces of pathogens, toxins, and misalignments of chakras, meridians, and organs, emotional issues are typically linked to the energy of traumas, thoughts, memories, and allergies, or intolerance to people and situations. 

More often than not, it is a trapped emotion that lies at the core of these imbalances—either one's own, inherited, or absorbed from other people. These trapped emotions and physical imbalances overload the body and mind, inhibiting recovery and restoration of balance. 

Thankfully, the process of releasing these emotions and correcting body imbalances is straightforward and non-intrusive. 

Session Practicalities

How often and how many? The necessity for session frequency and quantity relies heavily on the gravity of your issues and their subsequent effects. Your desire to resolve these matters and your financial and time availability also play a significant role. I usually suggest people to space their sessions between one to two weeks apart. This strategy bestows your body with ample time to let go of all the trapped emotions and adapt to their absence.

How long? Each session spans a precise 45 minutes, no longer. This is designed to apply a gentle pressure on your subconscious mind, coaxing it within that timeframe to reveal the key imbalances that need addressing. We strive not to overwhelm by trying to clear everything at once, but focus on the pivotal elements which, when adjusted, will naturally lead to significant overall improvement.

In-person or online? Sessions take place online, utilizing video or audio calls via WhatsApp. Irrespective of your location or current situation - be it work, travel, vacation, health-related matters or otherwise - it won't restrict you from participating in a session. The effectiveness of the process remains consistent, whether conducted in person or online.
